I recommend using an elliptical machine because its easy on your joints and many machines will let you work your upper body as well. Strength training is going to be responsible for toning up your pectoral muscles that are hidden beneath the flab. Once you do burn off the fat, your pecs will show more and these exercises will make sure they’re looking attractive when they do show. I like doing push ups because they work many aspects of your upper body and you can do them anywhere. Try to diamond push ups, this is where you place your hands together and with your two index fingers and thumbs, form a diamond shape beneath your chest. When you perform the push ups, its important that you go all the way down until you almost hit the floor to get the full range of motion to work your pecs the best.

Although cardio and strength training are vital exercises to reduce man boobs, many others must also address an even more important issue. Your physical training will hit a limit on the amount of results you’ll see if you don’t balance out your hormones. For those dealing with gynecomastia (your body producing too much estrogen and not enough testosterone) your boobs are very similar to a woman’s boobs.
